William Flexas is the President and owner of MaxPrime Realty LLC. It is a minority owned business that started in July 2014. He initially started his business as an investor flipping homes when the market was high. During that process he got involved with construction and design relationships with all trades in the construction field which inevitably led him to becoming a general contractor. He witnessed the transformation of how a run-down dwelling could be developed into a luxurious living space. He was also able to develop relationships with banks and specializing in 203k construction loans along with investors. At that point he discovered a passion for the integrity of working in the field and providing an end result of a client’s vision for their projects.

The uniqueness of MaxPrime Realty is to be able to work with any client’s budget ranging from your common rental property, to a first home buyer, any upgrades, total rehab, or new construction. We stand by our work and develop relationships with our clients to achieve success on all of our projects.
